My new release is the song “Heretics”. Written in 2010 after the second verdict in the case of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, it found a second wind thanks to the Animars Studio. Finally, 10 years later I came back to this song and recorded a decent Studio version. Cover by Nicolas Belov
The concerto was premiered on September 5, 1932, and was played by Poulenc, the French pianist Jacques Fevrier with the La Scala orchestra which at the time was directed by Toscanini.
I’ve written several instrumental compositions of such kind (they are locked in my memory and music archives).
